Instructions

  1. First peel the potatoes, halve or quarter depending on the size and then cook in salted water for about 15 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, peel the sweet potato and cut into pieces about 2 cm. Cut the peppers, zucchini and mushrooms to the same size. Also cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Finely chop the onions. Chop herbs.
  3. Mix the olive oil with the chopped herbs, 2 pressed garlic cloves, finely chopped onions, salt, pepper and chilli. Put the vegetables in a large baking dish, add the boiled potatoes and mix everything with the oil. Spread the chicken on top.
  4. Cook at 200 ° C (fan oven) for about 35 minutes. The chicken should be done and browned, but the vegetables should still be slightly crisp.
  5. In the meantime, mix the yoghurt with a pressed clove of garlic and a little salt. Put the yoghurt directly on the food served on the plates.
  6. A green salad and fresh white bread go well with it, but it can also be eaten without a side dish.
