Ingredients

• 150 g rocket
• 0.5 ½ bunch radishes
• 100 g mushrooms, fresh
• 2 shallot (s)
• 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, old man

• 7 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 150 g sheep cheese, feta
• 50 g capers, lare or caper apples

Instructions

1. Sort out the rocket, wash and spin dry. Clean, wash and slice the radishes. Clean the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Peel and dice the shallots and place in a salad bowl.
2. With a whisk, stir in vinegar, a little salt and pepper and mustard. Then gradually hide the oil. Mix the rocket, radish and mushroom slices with the sauce. Cut the sheep`s cheese into cubes and fold in. Spread the capers over the salad and serve with Tuscan white bread or olive bread.
