Ingredients
- 150 g rocket
- 0.5 ½ bunch radishes
- 100 g mushrooms, fresh
- 2 shallot (s)
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, old man
- Salt and pepper, from the mill
- 1 teaspoon mustard (Dijon mustard)
- 7 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 150 g sheep cheese, feta
- 50 g capers, lare or caper apples

- Sort out the rocket, wash and spin dry. Clean, wash and slice the radishes. Clean the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Peel and dice the shallots and place in a salad bowl.
- With a whisk, stir in vinegar, a little salt and pepper and mustard. Then gradually hide the oil. Mix the rocket, radish and mushroom slices with the sauce. Cut the sheep`s cheese into cubes and fold in. Spread the capers over the salad and serve with Tuscan white bread or olive bread.
