Wash, prepare and, if necessary, core the vegetables. Cut everything into slices or strips and bite-sized pieces.
Wash and prepare lamb`s lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces.
For the dressing, crush the clove of garlic and mix well with the other ingredients. Add the vegetable pieces and lettuce, stir well and garnish with a tablespoon of freshly chopped mint. Serve immediately.
Tip:
It goes well with an omelette or a slice of bread fried in an egg.
