Instructions

  1. Peel the carrot and cut into thin slices. Wash the lettuce, cut the mozzarella into larger cubes.
  2. For the dressing, mix together the mustard, Condimento Bianco, olive oil, herbal salt and the pressed garlic clove. If the dressing is too thick, it can be stretched with a dash of water.
  3. Mix the lettuce with the carrots, the mozzarella and the dressing well and serve immediately.
  4. If you want it vegan, simply replace the mozzarella with smoked tofu. Those who like it meaty can serve the salad with fried chicken breast strips. Radishes also go well as a vegetable ingredient.
