Clean and core the peppers and cut into 2 cm pieces. Peel and quarter the onion. Wash the zucchini and cut into 1 cm wide slices. Halve the sausages depending on the size. Cut a slice of bacon into thirds and roll up.
Now alternately stick the ingredients on 8 - approx. 20 cm long - kebab skewers and place on a piece of aluminum foil. Season with a little salt, pepper and a little paprika powder. Drizzle with a little oil (I like to use garlic oil, which I prepare the day before) and place on the grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning frequently.
