Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), green
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 medium onion (s), quartered
  • 8 slices bacon (breakfast bacon)
  • 1 pack bratwurst

Instructions

  1. Clean and core the peppers and cut into 2 cm pieces. Peel and quarter the onion. Wash the zucchini and cut into 1 cm wide slices. Halve the sausages depending on the size. Cut a slice of bacon into thirds and roll up.
  2. Now alternately stick the ingredients on 8 - approx. 20 cm long - kebab skewers and place on a piece of aluminum foil. Season with a little salt, pepper and a little paprika powder. Drizzle with a little oil (I like to use garlic oil, which I prepare the day before) and place on the grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning frequently.
  3. Tip: Can of course also be prepared in the pan.
