Halve the peppers, cut out the seeds and the white inner dividers. Then wash and drain.
Heat up a frying pan and add the olive oil.
Put the prepared peppers with the chilli meat in the pan and simmer for about 3 minutes at full heat while stirring. Reduce the heat, add salt and pepper, put the lid on and simmer over a low heat. It takes 6-8 minutes until the peppers are soft (try). Add 1 splash of lemon juice, add the cooking cream and bring to the boil again.
