Ingredients

• 200 g brawn (meat jelly)
• 200 g black puddin
• 200 g sausae (beer ham)
• 200 g pork, boiled
• 200 g sausae (huntin sausae)
• 1 large onion (s)
• 200 g pickled cucumber (s)
• 2 egg (s), boiled
• 1 small Glass Miracel Whip
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• salt and pepper
• some cucumber liquid

Instructions

1. Cut all solid ingredients into nice, even cubes and mix in a bowl. Season to taste with pepper, salt and a little cucumber water.
2. Add about 1 tablespoon of mustard to the Miracel Whip and mix with the sausage salad. We always prepare the salad the day before so that it can go through nicely.
