Prepare a shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients and keep the dough wrapped in foil in a cool place for about 2 hours. Then roll out about ½ cm thick on a floured work surface and cut out with any shapes. Place the biscuits on 2 baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
Make a rum or lemon glaze and coat the cooled cookies with it.
