Ingredients

For the dough:

• 250 g flour
• 50 g almond (s), round
• 100 g suar
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 2 egg yolks
• 180 g butter
• 4 drops flavor, (lemon or rum flavor)

For the glaze: (rum glaze)

• 200 g powdered suar
• 0.5 ½ bottle rum flavor
• 0.5 tablespoon ½ water or, instead rum and water
• 3 teaspoons rum

For the glaze: (lemon glaze)

• 200 g powdered suar
• 1 tablespoon water
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

1. Prepare a shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients and keep the dough wrapped in foil in a cool place for about 2 hours. Then roll out about ½ cm thick on a floured work surface and cut out with any shapes. Place the biscuits on 2 baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
2. Make a rum or lemon glaze and coat the cooled cookies with it.
