Ingredients
For the dough:
- 250 g flour
- 50 g almond (s), round
- 100 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 180 g butter
- 4 drops flavor, (lemon or rum flavor)
For the glaze: (rum glaze)
- 200 g powdered suar
- 0.5 ½ bottle rum flavor
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ water or, instead rum and water
- 3 teaspoons rum
For the glaze: (lemon glaze)
- 200 g powdered suar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Prepare a shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients and keep the dough wrapped in foil in a cool place for about 2 hours. Then roll out about ½ cm thick on a floured work surface and cut out with any shapes. Place the biscuits on 2 baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Make a rum or lemon glaze and coat the cooled cookies with it.
