For the cookie dough, mix the butter and sugar together. Add milk and vanilla flavor. Then stir in the flour, salt and chocolate chips and evenly cover the bottom of some fire-proof molds with them (for me the dough was enough for 6 molds).
For the cream, heat the cream (do not let it boil). Mix the egg yolks and sugar. Carefully stir in the cream and the vanilla flavor. Spread the cream on the cookie dough.
Bake in a water bath at 150 ° C for approx. 30 minutes until the cream has set (the time may vary).
