Mix the butter, sugar and salt until frothy. Knead with the flour and milk (measure as required) to form a smooth and firm dough. Divide the dough into four equal pieces and form six balls from each piece. Place these in a circle on a large, flat plate lined with baking paper. Press the balls flat with a fork or the back of a spoon, making sure there is enough space. Microwave at 450 watts for 3.5-4.5 minutes.
Test after approx. 3 minutes when charging for the first time, because different devices can produce different results even with the same wattage. When the biscuits are done, let them stand for 5 minutes (during this time they will set), then leave to cool on a wire rack. After cooling, the biscuits can be decorated with chocolate or icing and decorations as you like.
Variations:
Vanilla cookies:
Add 1 teaspoon of ground vanilla to the batter
Cinnamon cookies:
Add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to the batter
Chocolate Cookies:
Add 25 g cocoa or 50 g grated chocolate to the batter
Almond Cookies:
Add 2-3 drops of bitter almond flavor to the dough and flatten the balls into chopped almonds
Coconut cookies:
Add 50 g coconut flakes to the batter
Rum Cookies:
Replace the milk with rum (or other alcohol at will)
You can also add chopped candied fruits, raisins or nuts, there are no limits to your imagination.
