Instructions

  1. Mix the milk, vanilla extract, condensed milk and salt in a bowl. Whip the cream until stiff and carefully mix in the milk mixture. Finally, carefully fold in the crumbled chocolate biscuits (preferably original American oreo cookies, of course).
  2. Place the mixture in a flat metal bowl in the freezer.
  3. Stir every hour until the ice is firm. That takes at least four hours.
  4. If you don`t eat the ice cream all at once, it will keep in a sealed plastic bowl in the chest for about a week.
  5. This is a recipe for those who don`t own an ice cream machine. It`s not as creamy as ice cream from the machine - but still tasty and (because of the cream) also quite high in calories.
  6. If you have an ice cream machine, you can reduce the amount of cream in favor of milk.
