- 100 ml milk, cold
- Vanilla extract
- 400 g condensed milk, sweetened (milkmaid)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 500 ml whipped cream
- 10 biscuit (s) (chocolate biscuits), crumbled

- Mix the milk, vanilla extract, condensed milk and salt in a bowl. Whip the cream until stiff and carefully mix in the milk mixture. Finally, carefully fold in the crumbled chocolate biscuits (preferably original American oreo cookies, of course).
- Place the mixture in a flat metal bowl in the freezer.
- Stir every hour until the ice is firm. That takes at least four hours.
- If you don`t eat the ice cream all at once, it will keep in a sealed plastic bowl in the chest for about a week.
- This is a recipe for those who don`t own an ice cream machine. It`s not as creamy as ice cream from the machine - but still tasty and (because of the cream) also quite high in calories.
- If you have an ice cream machine, you can reduce the amount of cream in favor of milk.
