Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 200 grams bacon
  • 200 g macaroni
  • 200 g mountain cheese, also others
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 2 teaspoon, heaped mustard
  • 2 rolls, stale, soaked
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Sweet paprika

For painting:

Instructions

  1. Do not cook the macaroni as instructed, but rather cook it al dente as they will continue to cook in the oven. After cooking, the macaroni should be immediately quenched under cold water so that they do not continue to cook.
  2. In the meantime, the onions are cut into small cubes. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper and paprika. Add the onions, mustard, eggs and the previously soaked, old rolls and mix together. Knead the minced meat for several minutes. This is important so that the bomb doesn`t disintegrate.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat.
  4. Place the minced meat on baking paper and form a carpet about one cm high. The macaroni are now placed in a row on top of this. Place the cheese in thin strips on the macaroni.
  5. Now roll up the minced meat. It is important that the seam and the ends are well sealed. Finally, the bacon is placed over the bomb.
  6. Put everything in a baking dish and coat the bomb with a little barbecue sauce. Put the baking dish in the oven and cook at 180 degrees for about an hour. After about 30 minutes, the bomb can be coated again with barbecue sauce.
