Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk
  • 125 ml water
  • 3 tablespoon, leveled coffee powder, soluble
  • 3 tablespoon, leveled cocoa powder
  • sugar
  • cinnamon
  • cardamom
  • 0.5 ½ cup cream

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk and water. Dissolve the coffee powder and cocoa in it (if necessary, lather up a little with a magic wand) Season to taste with sugar, cinnamon and cardamom.
  2. Divide between four latte machiato glasses. Whip the cream until stiff and distribute it between the glasses. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
