Ingredients
- 500 g pasta
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 0.25 ¼ cup tomato paste
- 2 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika
- 300 g mozzarella, rated
- 125 g salami (mini salami), sliced
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
- Cook the pasta in lightly salted water according to the package instructions until it is still slightly firm to the bite.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large baking dish over medium heat. Stir in the flour and simmer for 1 minute. Then add the tomato paste and milk and stir. Let simmer until the sauce is thick. Then season with oregano, paprika and salt.
- Mix the cooked pasta and half of the mozzarella with the sauce until everything is evenly distributed. Pour the remaining mozzarella over the pasta and finally spread the salami over it.
- Place the baking dish in the hot oven and bake everything for about 12-15 minutes, until the salami is lightly crispy.
