Ingredients
- 4 pasta nests

- 1 cream cheese for soup
- 50 g butter
- 1 tablespoon flour

- Cut the cheese into small cubes. Melt butter in a frying pan, add sifted flour, mix. Pour milk in portions, stirring continuously with a whisk so that there are no lumps. Then add the cheese and stir until the cheese is completely dissolved.
