  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • possibly chives

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs well with a little salt. Let the greased pan get hot, add the egg.
  2. Let it stand only briefly, then push it together with a spatula so that the still liquid egg runs under the solid mass. Sprinkle cheese on top, let bake a little more, then fold together. Sprinkle with chives rolls if necessary.
