- 50 g cheese, rated Cheddar (also Emmentaler)
- some oil for the pan
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- possibly chives

- Beat the eggs well with a little salt. Let the greased pan get hot, add the egg.
- Let it stand only briefly, then push it together with a spatula so that the still liquid egg runs under the solid mass. Sprinkle cheese on top, let bake a little more, then fold together. Sprinkle with chives rolls if necessary.
