Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 3 egg (s)
  • 100 g suar
  • 100 g butter, melt
  • 150 g flour
  • 75 g cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 100 g yourt
  • 50 ml Baileys Irish Cream

For covering:

  • 800 g pear (s), aromatic

For the sprinkles:

  • 125 g flour
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 100 g suar
  • 100 g butter, cut into flakes

Instructions

  1. Grease a springform pan with a diameter of 26 cm and chill.
  2. For the crumble mix the flour, cocoa and sugar, add the flaky butter and use the hand mixer or simply use your fingers to make crumbles of the desired size. Chill too.
  3. Peel and core the pears, cut into wedges and set aside.
  4. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  5. For the dough, beat the eggs until frothy, gradually pour in the sugar and keep beating until the mixture becomes creamy. Mix the flour with the starch and baking powder, stir in with the yogurt and Baileys.
  6. Pour the dough into the prepared form, cover with the pear slices. Finally spread the chocolate sprinkles on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes.
