Chocolate Cupcake with Pears Ingredients

  • Flour – 1 cup (250 ml) + for sprinkling the mold
  • Black chocolate – 150 g
  • Butter – 100 g + for greasing the mold
  • Sugar – 0.5 cups
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Natural yogurt – 125 ml
  • Baking powder for dough – 1.5 teaspoon
  • Large pears – 2 pcs.
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Powdered sugar (for sprinkling) – 2 tbsp

Chocolate Cupcake with Pears Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate with butter in a water bath.
  2. Mix the sifted flour with baking powder and salt.
  3. The chocolate has melted, it is still very hot, we put it aside, and in the meantime we are preparing the dough. To do this, beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add melted chocolate, yogurt and flour to the whipped mass.

  5. Cut the pears into cubes and send them to the dough.
  6. Grease the cake pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. We send the pear cake to bake at a temperature of 170-180 degrees for about 45 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
  7. Sprinkle the finished chocolate cake with pears with powdered sugar. Try to cook. The process will not take you much time, but the result will definitely please, and this recipe will settle in your cookbook forever!
