- 115 g cream cheese
- 225 grams sugar
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon butter-vanilla flavor (butter-vanilla extract)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
- 205 g flour

- Mix the butter with the cream cheese until it becomes a creamy mass. Add the sugar and stir everything for 1 minute. Add the egg and stir into the batter as well. Add the butter-vanilla extract, a little more if you like. Mix the baking powder with the flour and gradually add the mixture to the dough.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon the dough onto the sheet in small heaps.
- Bake the biscuits at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for about 9-10 minutes.
