Cheese Cookies

For all cheese lovers – a recipe for cheese dough cookies. A wonderful homemade cracker that goes well with tea and beer.
Ingredients
- Wheat flour – 250 g
- Butter, salted – 150 g
- Hard cheese – 100 g
- Yolk – 4 pcs.
Directions
- Turn on the oven.
Put soft butter in a bowl. Separate the yolks from the whites. Add the yolks to a bowl (the proteins are not useful in this recipe). - Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Mash the salted butter, mix it thoroughly with the egg yolks and grated cheese.
- Sift and add flour.
- Knead the tough dough with your hands.
- Roll out the resulting dough in a thin layer, about 1/2 cm thick. Cut out circles, rings, stars, etc. from it with various notches.
- Place them on a baking sheet, brush with egg yolk.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven on the middle shelf, bake the cheese biscuits in a well-heated oven until golden brown (about 20 minutes at 190 degrees).
- The cheese cookie is ready.
