Candied Cottage Cheese Cookies

Here is a recipe for making cottage cheese cookies with candied fruits. Delicious, melting in the mouth and very aromatic. I think you will like such a treat, and your household and children will be delighted!

Ingredients
- Curd – 400 Grams
- Butter – 120 Grams
- Flour – 300 Grams
- Sugar – 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Candied fruits – 130 grams
Directions
- Mix separately all dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder and candied fruit. Chop any candied fruit to your taste in advance with knives. Separately, grind soft cottage cheese with melted soft butter. Then we combine these mixtures.
- Here is about the same mass.
- Next, roll the dough into two large rollers, cut each of them into round pieces like sausage. We bake them at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
