Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, sugar, oil, milk, flour, baking powder, egg yolk, lemon flavor and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer. Let the dough rest for two hours. Then form small balls (approx. 35 g) and place 12 pieces on a baking sheet with baking paper. Leave space as the cookies will still get a little more volume. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes until they turn golden yellow. Let cool on a wire rack.
  2. Mix the egg white and powdered sugar well and brush onto the biscuits with a brush. Let dry well.
  3. Makes about 70 pieces. They can also be kept well in a suitable can.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
