Ingredients

  • cottage cheese 300 r
  • eggs 2 PC.
  • sugar 3 tbsp
  • flour 4-5 tbsp
  • soda 0.5 h. spoons
  • vinegar 0.5 h. spoons
  • or lemon juice 0.5 h. spoons
  • vegetable oil for frying how much will it take
  • powdered sugar (optional) taste

Directions

  1. Beat eggs with granulated sugar.
  2. Add cottage cheese, sifted flour, soda slaked with vinegar or lemon juice. Grind everything thoroughly.
  3. Take the resulting mass with a teaspoon and, roll in flour, gently dip into boiling vegetable oil. Fry until golden brown (then spread on a paper towel to absorb excess fat).
  4. Ready-made curd donuts can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
