  1. I was looking for a recipe for my donut maker, because I didn`t find the right one, so I designed my own. Here is the result:
  2. First of all, switch on the donut maker. Beat the egg with the sugar until frothy, then stir in alternately sour cream and flour with baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. The dough should be firm, but not too firm, add milk if necessary. For me it was about 50 ml that I added.
  3. Then put the dough in a freezer bag and cut off the tip. This makes it easy and uncomplicated to fill the small donut troughs. In the meantime, the donut maker should have the right temperature.
  4. Brush the hollows with oil, pour in the batter (do not make it too full) and close the lid. Mine has 7 levels, I made my donuts at level 5.5. After 8 minutes they are ready. You are then still very pale but you are exactly right.
  5. Carefully remove them from the mold, but be careful, they are very soft! Roll it in sugar or powdered sugar while it is still warm. Tastes warm as well as cold.
  6. Unfortunately, I don`t know how many pieces there will be, but it was around 30 - 40. We ate them while they were baking.
