Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 500 g
  • Flour – 1.5 cups
  • Chicken eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Sugar – 0.5 cups
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet (10 g)
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil for frying – how much will it take
  • Powdered sugar – to taste

Directions

  1. Grind cottage cheese with sugar, add eggs, mix well.
  2. Sift flour. Then add flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder and mix everything thoroughly. The dough is ready.
  3. Divide the dough into three parts. Roll the dough into sausages. Cut the sausages into pieces.
  4. Roll out small sausages with your hands, form rings.
  5. Preheat a frying pan or cauldron. Pour in vegetable oil. Donuts can be completely immersed in oil, or they can be half-dipped (then turn them over when frying). Put the donuts in hot oil, fry the curd donuts until golden brown for about a minute on each side.
  6. Put the finished fried curd donuts on a napkin so that the excess fat is absorbed. So fry all the donuts.
