- Scroll cottage cheese in a meat grinder twice or grind with a blender.
- Grind or beat the chicken egg with sugar.
- Add to curd. Mix.
- Pour in milk and stir again.
- Add flour and baking soda little by little.
- Knead into a homogeneous soft dough.
- Roll out balls the size of a walnut from the resulting mass.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan or roasting pan, fry the donuts until cooked on all sides over medium heat (10 minutes).
- Put the cottage cheese donuts, fried in oil, in a colander, and let the oil drain.
- Roll hot donuts in icing sugar. Immediately serve the cottage cheese donuts on the table, laying out on a beautiful porcelain dish.
