  • Cottage cheese – 200-250 g
  • Eggs – 1 pcs.
  • Sugar – 50 g
  • Milk – 100 ml
  • Wheat flour – 400 g
  • Soda – on the tip of a knife
  • Vegetable oil – 150-200 ml
  • Powdered sugar – 50 g

  1. Scroll cottage cheese in a meat grinder twice or grind with a blender.
  2. Grind or beat the chicken egg with sugar.
  3. Add to curd. Mix.
  4. Pour in milk and stir again.
  5. Add flour and baking soda little by little.
  6. Knead into a homogeneous soft dough.
  7. Roll out balls the size of a walnut from the resulting mass.
  8. Heat oil in a deep frying pan or roasting pan, fry the donuts until cooked on all sides over medium heat (10 minutes).
  9. Put the cottage cheese donuts, fried in oil, in a colander, and let the oil drain.
  10. Roll hot donuts in icing sugar. Immediately serve the cottage cheese donuts on the table, laying out on a beautiful porcelain dish.
