Cheese Dessert with Almond Cookies

I wanted to cook real tiramisu, but I wanted variety. The macaroons are the highlight of this dessert.

Ingredients

  • Cookies (almond) – 6 pieces
  • Curd cheese (mascarpone) – 250 g
  • Egg yolk – 7 pcs
  • Sugar – 50 g
  • Gelatin – 7 g
  • Cognac – 10 g
  • Cream – 150 g
  • Water – 40 ml
  • Instant coffee
  • Milk chocolate / Chocolate
  • Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Break the cookies a little and, dipping them in the impregnation, lay out the bottom of the mold or bowl
  2. Sprinkle half of the grated chocolate on the cookies add half of the cream and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate
  3. Put the remaining cream, sprinkle with a mixture of cocoa and powder and refrigerate. Better for 5-7 hours to harden and soak delicious and delicate dessert.
  4. Soak gelatin in a 1: 2 ratio Boil the impregnation of sugar, water, remove from heat, add coffee and liquor. Beat the yolks with sugar in a strong foam, add cheese, brandy, mix, but do not beat, until the lumps disappear. Add melted gelatin, then whipped cream to the mass.   5. Sprinkle the cookies with half of the grated chocolate. Put half of the cream, sprinkle with the other half of the chocolate Put out the remaining cream, sprinkle with a mixture of cocoa and powder, put in the refrigerator for several hours. I put it on for the night, in the morning the dessert was ready. (the biscuits were soaked well, it turned out soft with slightly hard almond pieces).
