Cookies “Almond Leaves”

Cookies “Almond leaves” or “Pochemuchki”. Because I made these cookies for Lyubochka-Pochemuchka and, of course, they cook for everyone !!! Who knows me, he knows that I have almost all the recipes – saving your time. The motto is “Fast and tasty”. In 3 minutes the dough is ready, and in 15 minutes – a whole vase of delicious, crispy cookies with almond flavor !!!
Ingredients
- Almonds (chopped or chopped) – 300 g
- Wheat flour / Flour – 75 g
- Sugar – 250 g
- Butter – 25 g
- Chicken egg – 5 pieces
- Vanilla sugar – 15 g
- Salt (pinch)
Directions
- Stir sugar + flour + almonds (I have chopped) + salt + vanilla sugar.
- Beat the eggs separately.
- Gradually add a mixture of nuts, flour, sugar, etc. At the very end, add softened butter.
- Preheat the oven to 200 gr. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. We spread the dough with a teaspoon at a distance of at least 2.5 cm from each other and put it in the oven for literally 2-3 minutes. While the cookies are baking, prepare the second batch.
- Remove the finished cookies by pressing a little along the edges.
