Filled Almond Cookies

Dear Cooks, I offer you cookies that are cooked in a maximum of half an hour! And only 5 ingredients! I am still tormented by the question: how can you make such a delicate cookie with a crispy crust from such a small amount of ingredients and a minimum of time?
Ingredients
- Almonds (ground) – 100 g
- Wheat flour / Flour – 3 tbsp
- Chicken egg – 1 pc
- Sugar – 70 g
- Dark chocolate (or milk, or candied fruits, fruits)
Directions
- Stir in sugar, ground almonds, and flour.
- Beat the egg lightly and add to dry ingredients.
- It turns out the dough slightly sticking to your hands.
- From a given number of products, about 10-12 pieces of cookies will come out. To do this, divide the dough into 10-12 balls, make a cake, in the center of which we put the filling (I did it with small pieces of chocolate and plums, which I cut into halves).
- Then we roll it into a ball.
- Place cookies on a baking sheet covered with paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Until golden brown. Cool the cookies and serve.
