Blueberry Almond Cookies

The combination of almond dough with blueberry jam creates a harmony of taste. In this recipe, you can use not only blueberry jam, but also apricot, apple, raspberry, plum, and so on.

- Almond dough with marzipan – from 350 grams of flour
- Blueberry jam – 250 g
- Powdered sugar
How to make almond dough cookies with blueberry jam:
Directions
- Roll out the almond dough with marzipan into a layer 0.5 cm thick.
- Using a mold, cut out the hearts and make a hole in the form of small hearts in half of the cut cookies using a smaller mold. Put all the hearts on a baking sheet.
- We bake almond dough cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 8-10 minutes.
We spread it on a wooden board, let it cool. - Glue the macaroons in pairs with blueberry jam and add a little jam to the hole.
- Put cookies with blueberries on a dish, lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with tea or coffee.
