Ingredients
- 150 grams flour
- 100 g almond (s), rated
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- some ground cinnamon
- 125 ml oil
- 2 egg (s)
- 150 g yourt
- 100 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
- Almond flakes for sprinkling

- Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
- Mix the flour, almonds, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Mix the oil, eggs and yoghurt in a second bowl and add to the other ingredients in the bowl. Mix briefly with a wooden spoon. Add the blueberries and fold in. Spread the batter evenly in the muffin pan and sprinkle with flaked almonds.
- Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
- Sufficient for 12 muffins.
