- Sift flour into a deep bowl.
- Pour the egg yolk and white beaten separately into the flour.
- Pour melted butter into a bowl of flour. Pour in sugar, salt, soda, and citric acid. Pour water over acid and soda.
- Mix everything.
- Add flour and knead the dough in a bowl.
- Wrap the dough in cellophane wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 20 – 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough thinly and cut out circles.
- Beat the yolk with vanilla and grease the circles. Sprinkle with almond petals and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
- After 10 minutes, remove the cookies from the oven, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and put them in the oven for another 5 minutes.
