Instructions

  1. Cut the sausage lengthways, but do not cut through.
  2. Place a slice of cheese and a slice of ham, about the size of the sausage, on top, fold up and wrap with the bacon.
  3. Heat some fat in a pan and slowly fry the cordon bleu, first with the seam facing down, until crispy on both sides.
  4. Serve with a slice of country bread
