Ingredients
- 4 sausages, (sausage)
- 50 g ham, cooked
- 50 g mountain cheese or Tilsiter
- 100 g bacon, thinly sliced
- possibly sage, one leaf per sausage, fresh
- fat

- Cut the sausage lengthways, but do not cut through.
- Place a slice of cheese and a slice of ham, about the size of the sausage, on top, fold up and wrap with the bacon.
- Heat some fat in a pan and slowly fry the cordon bleu, first with the seam facing down, until crispy on both sides.
- Serve with a slice of country bread
