Ingredients
- 4 slices pumpkin flesh, 0.5 cm thick
- 4 slices ham
- 2 slices cheese, your choice
- 1 egg (s)
- salt and pepper
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- oil

- Place a slice of ham on a slice of pumpkin, then another slice of cheese, again ham and then the second slice of pumpkin. I put it together a little with the roulade needles, season and then bread it. Pull through the beaten egg and turn in flour and breadcrumbs
