Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion. Clean and wash the peppers, first cut into strips, then into small cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a wide pan and sauté the onion and pepper cubes in it. Peel and squeeze the garlic. Steam everything for about 5 minutes.
