Peel and dice the onion. Clean and wash the peppers, first cut into strips, then into small cubes.
Heat the oil in a wide pan and sauté the onion and pepper cubes in it. Peel and squeeze the garlic. Steam everything for about 5 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° (gas mark 3).
Drain the corn kernels in a sieve and puree in a blender or with a hand blender. Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Add the corn puree with the flour and pepper mixture. Mix everything together, season with salt, sugar, a pinch of pepper and chili powder.
Grease a suitable casserole dish, fill it with the mixture and cook in the oven (center) for 30-40 minutes.
