Instructions

  1. Wash the lamb`s lettuce and let it drain.
  2. Mix the raspberry jam with the vinegar. Stir in oil, water, salt and pepper. Cut the pear in small cubes into the sauce.
  3. Just before serving, pour the sauce over the salad on the plate. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
