Ingredients
- 100 g lamb`s lettuce
- 1 tablespoon jam, (raspberry), without seeds
- 2 tablespoon vinegar, (raspberry)
- 3 tablespoon oil, (thistle)
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 pinch (s) white pepper
- 1 pear (s)
- 1 handful walnuts

- Wash the lamb`s lettuce and let it drain.
- Mix the raspberry jam with the vinegar. Stir in oil, water, salt and pepper. Cut the pear in small cubes into the sauce.
- Just before serving, pour the sauce over the salad on the plate. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
