Instructions

  1. Finely dice shallot, sauté in oil, add drained corn kernels, stock and milk. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Puree the soup finely and strain through a sieve. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fry the scampi carefully. Divide the soup on 4 soup plates and add 2 scampi and a little sesame oil to each.
