Instructions

  1. Put the whipped cream in a bowl. Wash out the cup and use it as a unit of measurement. Whip the cream until it is half stiff. Sprinkle in 1 cup of sugar and briefly continue whipping the cream. First add the flour and baking powder, then the eggs one after the other and stir everything in well.
  2. Put the dough on a greased baking sheet (approx. 30 cm x 40 cm - casserole dish also works fine, but don`t forget to line it with baking paper).
  3. Pre-bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat (convection 180 ° C) on the middle rack for approx. 10 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, heat the butter together with the 3/4 cup of sugar and the 3 tablespoons of milk and add the cornflakes. Then distribute the mixture on the dough and bake for another 10 minutes.
  5. It also tastes excellent when served lukewarm.
