- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 0.75 ¾ mug sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 4 medium egg (s)
- 3 tablespoon milk
- 180 g butter
- 3 cups corn flakes
- Grease for the tin

- Put the whipped cream in a bowl. Wash out the cup and use it as a unit of measurement. Whip the cream until it is half stiff. Sprinkle in 1 cup of sugar and briefly continue whipping the cream. First add the flour and baking powder, then the eggs one after the other and stir everything in well.
- Put the dough on a greased baking sheet (approx. 30 cm x 40 cm - casserole dish also works fine, but don`t forget to line it with baking paper).
- Pre-bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat (convection 180 ° C) on the middle rack for approx. 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, heat the butter together with the 3/4 cup of sugar and the 3 tablespoons of milk and add the cornflakes. Then distribute the mixture on the dough and bake for another 10 minutes.
- It also tastes excellent when served lukewarm.
