- 200 g butter, (soft)
- 180 g suar
- 2 egg (s), (size M)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 350 g flour
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 5 cup / s corn flakes
- 100 g chocolate, rated

- In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs to a frothy mixture.
- Sift the flour and mix with the baking powder and gradually stir into the foam mixture.
- Work the cornflakes and chocolate under the dough, preferably with a large wooden spoon, as otherwise the mixer would shred the cornflakes too much.
- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
- Form small cookies from the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, then bake for about 15 minutes.
