Cornflakes Chocolates

Original sweets made from cornflakes and chocolate! Crunchy and chocolatey! Light, quick to prepare, and very interesting in taste, they resemble waffle crumbs.
Ingredients
- Black chocolate – 175 g
- Corn flakes (without additives) – 100 g
- Coconut oil – 17 g
Directions
- Prepare the foods you need to make the chocolates.
I took 2 bars of chocolate: 56% cocoa – 85 g and 68% – 90 g. Take “pure” flakes, without flavorings.
- Break the chocolate and place it in a metal bowl. Add coconut oil.
- Place the bowl in a water or steam bath. The chocolate and butter should melt quickly enough. Do not let water get into the chocolate mass.
- Break the corn flakes with your hands or crumb them into small pieces.
- Add the melted coconut butter chocolate to the crumbled cereal.
- Stir.
- Using a teaspoon, place small sticks of candy on a piece of parchment or silicone mat, making sure to keep them as tall as possible. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Homemade cornflakes chocolates are ready!
