Ingredients
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar or grated lemon zest
- 1 packet baking powder
- 125 g butter
- 200 g almond (s), pens, or nuts, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups corn flakes
- 4 tablespoons milk
- Grease for the tin

- Mix the cream, vanilla sugar or grated lemon zest, eggs and sugar. Add flour and baking powder. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Melt the butter and mix it with the almonds, sugar, corn flakes and milk. Place on top of the pre-baked cake and bake for another 15 minutes.
