Potato Casserole with Cornflakes

Grate the potatoes for Korean carrots into thin strips (you can also cut them). Cut the onion into small cubes.
We rub the cheese. Combine potatoes, onions, cheese in a cup. Add sour cream, cream, salt, and black pepper.
Mix well and place in a baking dish. It turned out a lot of potatoes, enough for everyone.
Lightly chop the corn flakes to medium size. This is easily done in a bag using a rolling pin.
Sprinkle potatoes with flakes and send them to a preheated oven. We bake the potato casserole for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
