White Chocolate Candies with Cornflakes and Almonds

Very simple and uncomplicated to prepare, but incredibly tasty and interesting in structure, sweets are obtained from a minimal set of products: cornflakes, white chocolate, and chopped almonds!

Ingredients

White chocolate – 160 g
Corn flakes – 60 g
Almonds – 40 g

Directions

Prepare the food you need.
Chop the almonds into medium crumbs with a sharp knife.
Break the white chocolate into pieces and melt in a water bath.
Add chopped almonds and cornflakes to melted white chocolate.
Stir until the mixture is as homogeneous as possible.
Line a flat surface, such as a cutting board, with parchment paper. Use a dessert spoon to spread the mixture into small mounds.
Put the candies in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
White chocolate candies with cornflakes and almonds are ready!
